Look for the brand mark of Soiree by N.Y. on each piece as your assurance of high quality and excellent workmanship.
Should any defects in materials or workmanship appear, Soiree by N.Y. unconditionally warranties each piece purchased directly from the Company or from authorized retailers, covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use, for a period of one year commencing from the date of purchase.
Every piece found to be defective, at the company discretion, may be repaired or replaced. If replacement is needed we cannot guarantee the same style will always be in stock or available. In such cases we reserve the right to offer a replacement of comparable value and styling.
This warranty shall not apply to items that have been, in the company’s opinion, subject to excess wear, modification, attempted repair, negligence or accident. In no case shall Soiree by N.Y. be liable for damages resulting from the wear or use of our products. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof-of-purchase.
Contact customer service regarding any product quality issue or product return. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours. You may be able to return your purchase to a local return center, or alternative options will be discussed.
Notify customer service of any damaged or defective merchandise upon receipt of the goods so we can work out the quickest solution for replacement or credit. Claims for receipt of defective goods should be made within 14 days of shipping, or 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions noted in our warranty policy.
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, and it is unused and in its original condition it may be returned for a full refund of the original purchase amount within 60 days of purchase. Contact the customer service department to initiate the return and refund. Please note that original shipping costs from orders taken at our website “soireebyny.com” are not refundable. You may however return the product to a locally authorized return center at no charge if one is available in your region. Contact customer service online at our website for details.
This return policy covers goods purchased online directly from www.soireebyny.com . For in-store sales, customers may request an exchange in person, subject to certain conditions. See store or printed receipt for details. The warranty for defects, as noted above, shall apply to all goods sold under the brand Soiree by NY, if purchased directly from the company or through our authorized retail partners and accompanied by original proof-of-sale.
